Returns policy

Here at Victoria Gentry Silks we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we understand that there are occasions when you may need to return an item.

If you need to return an item to us it must be within 14 days of purchase.

The goods must be returned in original condition- unworn, with all boxes, bags, thank-you cards, tissue and with swing tags still attached.

In the first instance contact us via email to inform us of your return.

We require you, the consumer, to cover the cost of the return postage. We suggest you use a tracked service.

If the goods are found to be faulty we will reimburse the return costs.

Once we have received your return it will be checked and inspected and we will process your refund. Refunds can take upto 14 days depending on your original payment method.

Please be aware that goods found to be damaged, soiled or worn will not be eligible for a refund.
